The Technician arrived on time, was efficient and courteous.  Answered any questions I had and even took a minute to show me a website where I could purchase a difficult to find part for my friend’s Audi!  Everything I could find for this part required you to purchase an entire rear view mirror assembly to the tune of around $300 when all he needed was the mounting clip.  This site had the clip alone for 15 bucks!
